Our Team

The BRM team works under the continuous support and guidance of our Honourable Chairperson Mrs. Sudha Asokan, our Vice Chairman Mr. Satheesh Mohan, and with creative inputs from all the members of the School Board.

We are proud to have a cadre of nearly 90 teachers, well-trained, well-experienced, dedicated and capable of fulfilling the demands of the growing modern generation of students. Apart from the various core subject teachers, we have an enthusiastic team of teachers for Physical Education, Music, Dance, Yoga, Karate, Violin, Arts & Crafts, Keyboard and Roller Skating. This helps in exploring and nurturing the innate talents and skills of our promising students. We also have 40 supporting staff members, that include clerical staff, ayahs, security personnel, bus drivers and bus assistants.

The hierarchy of our organization respects working freedom for all. All major decisions are taken collectively through discussions and deliberations. For better academic planning, three sections are created under three Co-ordinators. Our Pre-primary section is under Ms. Elizabeth, the Primary section, under Ms. Sajitha Pillai and Middle, Secondary and Senior Secondary section is under Ms. Jayakumari. There are HOD’s and Section-in-Charge teachers for assisting with and monitoring the teaching-learning process:

Two sections and other departments are coordinated by our Vice Principal, Mrs. Jyothi R.M. In the academic and administrative areas the guidance and directions of Mr. T. George, national and state award winner with more than 70 years of experience in the field of education is noteworthy. The Principal coordinates with all the stakeholders and facilitates the educational process.
