Chairperson’s Message

Dear all,

I extend a warm welcome for each and every one to the BRM family. B.R. Memorial Central School, established in the academic year 1993-94, is located in a serene tranquil atmosphere far from the madding crowd but in the vicinity of National Highway 744. This school is managed by Asoka Educational and Charitable Trust, which consists of educationists endowed with lot of caliber and acumen keeping them abreast of the latest in the field of education. Here, education runs much beyond the boundary of text books and into the realm of imagination, logical and rational thinking and innovation. English is the medium of instruction, and as such, due importance is given to the English language. Hindi, our national language and our mother tongue Malayalam are given the pride of place. The school is aiming at carving out global citizens having the grit, mental composure and equanimity to stand up to the plethora of challenges of the modern world. There is no pressure cooker treatment or coercion but a fear-free, child friendly atmosphere that always prevails in the school.

In BRM, education reflects humanity and the soul of education is nurtured vibrantly. Academically challenged children are given remedial coaching in an atmosphere of patience. Teachers in BRM are quite often given orientation classes to help them nurture their capabilities and to have their innate caliber honed. The holistic development of the child is ensured through well-crafted scholastic and co-scholastic programmes. Re-modelled assesment systems are applied, as per the norms set by CBSE. We also address the emotional aspect of children by giving required guidance and counselling. BRM students are exposed to Smart Classrooms and a host of new SUPW activities all through the academic year.

As our school has crossed another milestone, the Silver Jubilee, I wish all the best to every one who steps into our campus. It is the time to pay homage to all those who had contributed in making BRM as one of the leading schools. Let us enrich our kids with lots of learning experiences, with coordinated efforts and cooperative minds from all. Let us put our hand together to make BRM a school with a difference as dreamt by Asokan sir, our founder Chairman.
